Hand-woven fabric is the ultimate in sustainability. Luang is named after a Buddhist temple in the south of Laos on the Thai border. The yam used for this fabric is a mix of Italian wool and silk, specially spun in a slubby form for Soie de Lune in the north of Italy. It gives a beautiful ombre effect and works well as curtains. This version also contains a meandering gold Lurex yarn.
